He never even bothered to learn more about the ability of that sword that can absorb powers and train it so he can use it when the situation calls for it.

So, because of that Asta always has to rely on convenient power ups to win every fight.

Yuno would have reached greater heights if their talents and grimoires where switched, but Asta would still be where he is if he had Yuno's talent smh.

I'll commend him for never giving up but brute strength and being bent on being a muscle head can only take you so far.
